COLLECTORS & DEBTORS October 2023

This collaborative investigation took place across Lincoln’s Inn Fields, using artist-created cards combining text and imagery to animate the spatial and historical relationships of the area’s buildings and public spaces.

Moving through sites including the former Insolvent Debtor’s Court and nearby institutional buildings, participants traced connections between Victorian values, practices of collecting, and contemporary power structures. The project event has taken place on multiple occasions, most recently during the Anti-University Festival 2023.
