If we have a “smart” phone, we have become so reliant that we cannot live without one. As our dependency grows, we relate to our mobile phones as if they are extensions of ourselves. They have become our life line, and in imaginary terms they become at one with us, as if they are part of our own flesh and blood.

Catherine has created a number of artworks that considers how the mobile phone has become an extension of our bodies.
